Abstract
Magnetotellurics uses natural variations in Earth’s electromagnetic field to infer subsurface electrical resistivity at kilometer scale. This work considers one- and two-dimensional inversion for characterizing deep resistive structures relevant to geothermal, hydrocarbon, and mineral exploration.
